Description

Our client based near Farnham is recruiting a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Manager to support the coordination, preparation, and maintenance of insecticide and rodenticide registrations across the UK, EU, and Rest of World (ROW).

In this role, you’ll work closely with the senior regulatory team to prepare and submit dossiers, manage ongoing authorisations, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks. You’ll act as a key liaison between internal teams, regulatory authorities, and local regulatory contacts to secure and maintain product approvals.

Regulatory Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination – Plan, prepare, and manage regulatory dossiers for submission to authorities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Registration Management – Deliver against agreed registration plans and timelines, collaborating with business managers and internal teams.
  • Stakeholder Liaison – Engage with regulatory authorities and local contacts to progress submissions.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Keep up to date with territory-specific requirements and ensure products remain compliant.
  • Internal Support – Provide guidance on regulatory requirements to colleagues across the business.
  • Health & Safety – Follow company H&S procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Support additional reasonable business requests as required.

Regulatory Manager Requirements
You’ll bring a mix of technical knowledge, organisational ability, and strong communication skills. We’re looking for:

  • A degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related subject.
  • Proven experience in regulatory affairs – ideally within the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR).
  • Strong understanding of UK and EU regulations. If you bring ROW regulatory knowledge, this is highly desirable.
  • An understanding of the commercial and operational pressures of working in regulatory affairs.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
