Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer relationships to maximise sales and defend existing accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across aerospace and industrial sectors.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability and working within budget.
- Provide technical and commercial support, ensuring excellent customer service and access to specialist expertise.
- Monitor market developments, reporting insights and contributing to accurate sales forecasting.

Requirements
- Proven track record in account management or technical discipline, within composites or aerospace.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Degree or equivalent experience; technical background advantageous.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels, up to executive.
- Flexibility to travel internationally.
