Shifts: 2-week rotation – AM: 06:15–14:15 / PM: 14:00–22:00

As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role on the factory floor, operating machines, preparing materials, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. About the Role

As a Production Operative, you’ll be working hands-on with equipment and materials used to manufacture oral pouches. You'll help ensure each batch meets precise specifications, from accurate measurements to final packaging. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy, and values a clean, safe environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor filling and packaging machines
• Prepare and measure ingredients like nicotine, caffeine, and flavourings
• Perform regular quality checks on pouch weight, seal integrity, and packaging
• Accurately record batch and production data
• Support machine changeovers, cleaning, and routine maintenance
• Follow safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures
• Contribute to product trials and continuous improvement projects
• Help maintain a tidy and organised production area

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or packaging (food, beverage, nutraceutical, or nicotine sectors a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working with precise measurements and clear documentation
• A reliable, safety-first mindset with good timekeeping
• Able to follow procedures and work both independently and in a team
