It’s an exciting time here at Cranleigh STEM & Sustainability – we’re busy, we’re growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

The Role
This is a 360 role, but not the scattergun, high-volume kind. Think strategic, consultative, relationship-driven. You’ll build your own niche, supported by a brand, tools, and a team that genuinely has your back.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with innovative STEM & sustainability businesses across the UK, Europe & US
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships
- Manage end-to-end recruitment on complex, high-impact roles
- Stay on top of market trends and client needs
- Work alongside ambitious colleagues who support (not compete with) you
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in 360 or client-facing recruitment
- An interest in technical markets (engineering, life sciences, clean tech, etc.)
- A consultative, relationship-first approach
- Energy to build new business and deliver quality at pace
