Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support logistics, warehousing, and ICPMS (Interlaboratory Correlation Proficiency Management Scheme) activities in a dynamic production environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on operational efficiency, clear communication, and hands-on problem-solving within a collaborative supply chain setting.

About the Role
As a central point of contact between production, warehousing, and external stakeholders, you'll help ensure timely, compliant dispatch of fuel and lubricant products. Your responsibilities will range from packaging and decanting fuels to coordinating stock control and maintaining logistics documentation. You’ll play an active role in improving processes, upholding quality standards, and fostering a tidy, safe, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics schedules and liaise with industry partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and package products to meet ADR/IMDG/IATA compliance standards.
  • Perform regular stock checks and sampling, maintaining tight control over materials.
  • Oversee the movement of goods and warehouse maintenance with hands-on leadership.
  • Support team operations through documentation, communication, and process improvement.
  • Promote cleanliness and safety with routine site walk-arounds and housekeeping activities.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Solid understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain logistics.
    • Familiarity with fuel and lubricant products, component standards, and safety compliance.
    • Proficiency in warehouse and stock management systems.
    • Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable taking initiative and leading areas of responsibility without formal authority.

      Desirable Extras

      • Background in working with ICPMS or similar quality assurance schemes.
      • Formal training in supply chain management or manufacturing.
      • Experience in emergency response protocols and workplace safety procedures.
